*APR=Annual Percentage Rate. All Salal loans are subject to credit approval. The standard variable APR is between 13.24% to 20.99% for our Classic card and 15.24% to 18.74% for our Rewards card. APR is determined when you open your account and is based upon your creditworthiness. After that, your APR will vary with the market based on the Prime Rate. Foreign Transaction Fee of 3% of each transaction in U.S. dollars for the Classic, Student, and Secured card, and a Foreign Transaction Fee of 1% of each transaction for the Rewards card. Cash Advance Fee of $10 or 3% of the amount of each cash advance, whichever is greater; Late Payment Fee of $30; Returned Payment Fee of $25. Information on all cards is current as of 9:30 a.m. PT on April 19, 2024 and is subject to change without notice.
