We’re excited to announce the launch of a new feature on our Online Banking platform. Users who manage multiple Memberships with a linked Online Banking login can now access eDocuments, such as statements, notices and tax documents, for all linked Memberships—all in one place.
How to Get Started
To access eDocuments for all your Memberships, you must first have your eligible Membership accounts linked. You can link your Membership accounts by calling our Virtual Branch. Make sure you opt-in for eStatements on each account you wish to access. Once this is done, simply navigate to the eDocuments widget and use the new dropdown menu in the “Statements” section. Then just select the Member Number for the Membership you’d like to see.

For Business Banking Members
To access eDocuments for multiple Memberships, Business Banking Members will need to get their Memberships linked by a Business Banking specialist. Make sure you opt in for eStatements on each account you wish to access. Once this is done, simply navigate to the eDocuments widget and use the newly created dropdown in the “Statements” section to select the Member Number you’d like to see. As a reminder, the Member Number is the last 6-digits of your 13-digit account number.
