Managing your cards just got faster and more flexible. New digital banking updates make it easier to activate a new card, securely view your card information, update your PIN, and add your card to Apple Pay or Google Pay. That can be especially helpful if you need to make an online purchase before your physical card arrives, want to get a replacement card ready to use sooner, or are looking for a quicker way to start using a new card.
Faster Access to New Cards
One of the biggest improvements is faster access to new cards. If your card has been replaced and you’re waiting for the physical card to arrive, you can securely access your card details in digital banking instead of putting online purchases on hold.
Card Activation and Digital Wallets
You can also get a new card set up faster in digital banking. Activate your card, update your PIN, and add your card to Apple Pay or Google Pay so you’re ready to start using it with fewer extra steps.
More Helpful Card Management Tools
Along with these newer updates, Card Management still includes other useful tools that can help you stay on top of your cards day to day. You can lock or unlock a card if it’s misplaced, adjust card limits, add travel notices before a trip, report a card as lost or stolen, and, for Salal credit cards, complete a balance transfer. It’s a handy place to take care of common card tasks in one spot whenever you need them.

Here’s a Quick Guide to Some Key Card Management Features
How do I activate my new debit or credit card in digital banking?
Log in to digital banking, go to Accounts > Card Management, and select your new card to begin setup. You’ll enter the CVV from the back of the card and complete a quick verification step. You can also use Card Management to activate a reissued card.
How do I change my debit or credit card PIN in digital banking?
Go to Accounts > Card Management, select your card, and choose Update PIN. Then enter your new PIN and complete verification.
How can I securely view my card details in digital banking?
In Card Management, you can securely view your card number, expiration date, and security code after completing verification. This can be helpful for online purchases or while you’re waiting for your physical card to arrive. To view your card details in digital banking, go to Accounts > Card Management, select your card, and then select Use Digital Card Display.
How can I use my card online or add it to my mobile wallet before my physical card arrives?
Once your card is visible in digital banking, you can view your card details in Accounts > Card Management. This allows you to use your card online or add it to a supported mobile wallet before your physical card arrives.
How do I add my Salal debit or credit card to Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Samsung Pay?
You can add your card directly from the Salal mobile app to Apple Pay or Google Pay. Samsung Pay is not supported through this feature, but you can still add your card manually.
