Maybe you moved to a new house or apartment? Perhaps you recently got married and changed your last name? (Congrats, by the way.) Maybe your phone fell overboard while you were trying to take a selfie on the deck of a Washington State ferry and now you have a new phone and a new number? Or, maybe, after 30 years of brave and steadfast resistance, you finally decided to give in and get an email account?
There are many ways your contact information Salal has on file for you can become out of date. We’re not here to judge. However, we are here to encourage you to get that contact info updated. When your phone number, email, or mailing address is incorrect, it can mean you don’t get the account alerts you have set up , or you don’t find out about a new opportunity to earn a better interest rate on your savings. And, of course, if there is ever a security issue with your account, Salal might have trouble getting ahold of you quickly.
Luckily, it is super easy to check to see if your contact info is up to date—and update your info if anything has changed.
For Mobile:
Open the Salal Mobile Banking app, head to More at the bottom of the screen, tap Settings, and edit your contact info.
For Desktop:
From your computer or laptop, log into Online Banking, find Self Service in the top menu and go to Settings. Update your info under the Contact tab.
