We’re always working to improve the services we provide you, our members. Many of you have told us you would like a safer, faster, easier to use Mobile and Online Banking platform. Well, we’ve been hard at work making your requests a reality. We’re excited to announce that a new and improved Mobile and Online Banking experience is on the way!

The new platform will feature a wide range of new and upgraded tools and services designed to make it easier for you to manage your money—anytime, anywhere.

Connect all your accounts and credit cards, even ones from other banks and credit unions, and get a full view of your finances at any time.

New customizable options let you organize your dashboard and nickname and color-code your accounts to help you stay on top of your finances and get your banking done faster.

Important: Update Your Contact Information

To ensure you have a smooth transition to our new Mobile and Online Banking platform, it’s important that Salal has your current contact information. When you log in to the new platform for the first time, we will be using the email and phone number you have on file with Salal to help authenticate your device. Also, if you would like to receive messages and alerts via SMS text message, you will need to make sure the phone number we have on file for you is a mobile phone number.

How to Verify and Update Your Email

To update your email, log in to our current Online Banking and click on “Settings.” You can change your email in the “Modify Personal Settings” section.

How to Verify and Update Your Phone Number

To update your phone number, log in to our current Online Banking and click on “Services.” Find “Address Change” and click “Continue.” Once on the Address Change page, scroll down to find your phone number.

You can also update your information at any of our five neighborhood branches or by calling Virtual Branch at 800.562.5515.
