As Branch Manager of our First Hill branch, I enjoy helping small business owners grow and reach their goals by providing guidance, resources, and banking solutions tailored to their unique needs. I believe the best results come from understanding each business’s challenges, opportunities, and vision for the future. By taking a relationship-focused approach, I can help connect members with the products and services that support both their day-to-day operations and long-term success. 

For entrepreneurs just getting started, I always recommend building a strong financial foundation early. Separating personal and business finances, developing a relationship with your financial institution, understanding your competition, and staying on top of cash flow and budgeting can make a significant difference as your business grows. With the right preparation and support, many goals are more achievable than they may seem. 

One of my favorite things about the First Hill and Capitol Hill community is its diversity, entrepreneurial spirit, and strong sense of local pride. The neighborhood is filled with passionate small business owners who bring creativity, innovation, and character to the area. I’m proud to support these businesses and their employees by helping provide the financial tools and guidance they need to continue growing and thriving. 

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, cheering on the Seahawks, and traveling with family and friends. I also love spending time with our labradoodle, Allie, who keeps our family entertained and active.
