With over 20 years of experience in finance and banking, I have had the privilege of helping countless individuals and businesses achieve financial success. My career began on the retail side of banking, where I developed a deep understanding of individuals’ needs and helped them navigate the complexities of personal banking. In 2019, I transitioned into commercial lending, gaining a unique perspective on personal and business banking and lending.
Throughout my career, I have produced over $25 million in commercial and consumer loans. This experience has given me a comprehensive understanding of the distinctions between different lending vehicles, the processes involved, and the importance of managing the member experience. However, one lesson that stands out to me from my many years of experience is the paramount importance of communication—it’s the key to success in every platform and interaction.
I’m a proud graduate of the University of Washington, where I earned a BA in Business Administration and Marketing. As a Business Loan Officer with Salal Credit Union, I focus on providing excellent service, and I strive to be a trusted advisor to the members I work with.
