Meet

With more than 25 years of experience in banking, I have built my career around helping individuals, business owners, and communities achieve their financial goals. My background includes consumer lending, home equity, and small business banking, giving me a broad perspective on the financial needs members face throughout different stages of life and business growth. Before joining Salal Credit Union, I held leadership roles at both WSECU and Seattle Credit Union, where I led teams and supported members through some of their most important financial decisions. 

As Branch Manager of our Northgate branch, I enjoy partnering with the entrepreneurs and business owners who drive this growing community. Whether they’re starting a new venture or expanding an existing one, I take pride in helping them reach their goals through personalized guidance and financial solutions. Northgate’s energy, entrepreneurial spirit, and continued growth make it especially rewarding to support local businesses and contribute to the community’s success. 

My approach to business banking starts with listening. Every business has unique goals, challenges, and opportunities, so I focus on understanding each member’s story before recommending solutions. By taking a holistic view of their financial needs, I can provide personalized guidance and proactive support that helps position their business for both current and future success. My goal is to be a trusted partner that business owners can rely on as their needs evolve. 

One piece of advice I often share with entrepreneurs is to understand their cash flow from day one. A healthy business starts with a clear understanding of how money moves through the organization. I also encourage business owners to build strong relationships with their financial institution and view it as a strategic partnership. With the right support, preparation, and commitment to a long-term vision, even small steps can lead to meaningful growth. 

Outside of work, I have a passion for the arts and work as an actor and director with GreenStage Shakespeare in the Park, helping to bring outdoor productions to life each summer. I enjoy movies, live music, and comedy performances, as they keep me inspired and connected to my community.
