The safety, health, and financial wellbeing of our members, employees, and communities is our highest priority during these challenging and uncertain times. Salal is closely monitoring the coronavirus situation and following the guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and our local health officials.   • Branch Closures: For the safety of our members, staff, and community, all Salal branch lobbies are temporarily closed as of March 20, 2020. Northgate, First Hill, and Tukwila branches are still offering Night Drop services and external ATMs are available at all branches.
  • Your Banking Alternatives: During this time of temporary service disruptions, we encourage you to make use of our digital and remote banking options as much as possible.
  • Online and Mobile Banking: Access and manage all your accounts anywhere and at any time by signing into Online Banking or by downloading and accessing our Mobile app.
  • Virtual Branch: We encourage you to reach out and call our 24/7 call center for account assistance or support at 800.562.5515 or send us a secure message through Online or Mobile Banking.
