After You Log In for the First Time
Once you have logged in to the new platform, it is important that you confirm and restore your settings for some banking features, including:
- Alerts — Because of our new and expanded alert options, you will need to restore your previous alert settings on the new platform. Click on your Profile (upper right drop-down menu) and select Settings (on Mobile, go to main menu and tap Settings). Select Notifications and update your Alerts settings.
- Automatic Transfers — Click on the Transfers widget to set-up your external account information for transfers you had scheduled on the old banking platform.
- Bill Pay — Click the Bill Pay widget to confirm that your scheduled payments and payee information has transferred correctly.
- Shortcuts — If you use shortcuts or bookmarks, don’t forget to update them with the new URL.
