Passionate about helping small business owners and entrepreneurs achieve their goals through personalized banking solutions, thoughtful guidance, and ongoing support.Â
My career began in hospitality, where I spent eight years in guest service, operations, and leadership roles. That experience taught me the value of building strong relationships, solving problems, and creating exceptional experiences for people. I later transitioned into banking as a Personal Financial Representative and have since grown into leadership roles, most recently becoming Branch Manager of our Bellevue branch. I enjoy helping members navigate important financial decisions and making banking feel approachable, supportive, and personalized.Â
One of the many great things about the Bellevue community is its diversity. Every day brings opportunities to connect with people from different backgrounds, industries, and experiences. I also enjoy participating in community events and finding ways for our branch to support local organizations and businesses that help make Bellevue such a vibrant place.Â
Working with small business owners is especially rewarding because every business has a unique story. I enjoy learning what motivates entrepreneurs and helping them find financial solutions that support their goals, whether they are launching a new venture or growing an established business. My goal is to help business owners feel confident in their banking relationship so they can focus on running and expanding their businesses.Â
I take a relationship-first approach to business banking. By understanding a business’s goals, challenges, cash flow needs, and future plans, I can recommend solutions tailored to its specific needs. I strive to be a trusted resource and provide guidance that evolves alongside the business as it grows.Â
Having helped my mother start and manage the financial side of her home cleaning business, I understand both the excitement and challenges that come with entrepreneurship. One piece of advice I often share is to stay organized from day one. Separating personal and business finances, tracking expenses carefully, and asking for help when needed can create a strong foundation for long-term success.Â
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, exploring local restaurants and community events, and staying active. I enjoy finding ways to stay involved in my community and support local businesses whenever I can.Â
