With 15 years of experience in the credit union industry, I have built my career helping members, teams, and businesses achieve their goals. I began as a Personal Financial Representative and have advanced through a variety of leadership roles, including Lead, Branch Manager, Senior Manager, Director, and Program Manager. Today, I oversee Retail and Business Banking, supporting members and business owners throughout the greater Seattle area. 

One of the most rewarding parts of my role is working with small business owners. Their passion, dedication, and commitment to their businesses are inspiring. I enjoy building relationships, offering guidance, and helping entrepreneurs navigate opportunities and challenges as they work toward long-term success. 

My approach to business banking starts with understanding the business behind the accounts. By learning how a business operates, what’s working well, and where challenges exist, I can recommend solutions that truly support its needs. Taking the time to build strong relationships allows me to provide personalized guidance and help business owners make informed decisions as their businesses grow. 

For entrepreneurs just getting started, I always recommend establishing a solid foundation early. Register your business, obtain the necessary licenses, and separate your business finances from your personal accounts. Creating good financial habits from the beginning can simplify operations, improve financial visibility, and position your business for future growth. 

Having grown up in the Pacific Northwest, I am passionate about supporting the local communities and small businesses served by our branch network. It’s rewarding to help strengthen the neighborhoods where our members live, work, and build their businesses. 

In my free time, I enjoy following Seattle sports and spending time outdoors, whether it’s paddleboarding or hiking. My greatest joy, however, is being a father to my two teenagers and spending time with my family and our dog. 

I am big into the Seattle sports scene. If there’s a local team, I’m all in. You can catch me paddleboarding down the river or hiking up the mountains and enjoying the fire lookouts, but my greatest motivation for all aspects of my life is being a father to two teenagers and one doggie.
