To enhance security for our members, we have increased our required minimum password length to 8 characters for Online and Mobile Banking. This change will take effect 8/7/17. If your password does not meet or exceed the new minimum length requirement, you will need to update it before 8/7/17. Online security experts recommend longer and more complex passwords to help ensure the security of your account.
To change your password:
- Log in to online banking with your current password from a computer (not a mobile device).
- Click the Settings tab.
- Follow the instructions on the screen in the “Online Banking Password” section.
- Create a new password using 8 or more characters.
