If your card has been lost or stolen, lock your card using Card Control in Mobile or Online Banking. Then immediately report your card lost or stolen by calling us at 800.562.5515.
How Do I Get a Replacement Salal Visa Credit or Debit Card?
Again, if your card has been lost or stolen, report it immediately by calling 800.562.5515. We’ll cancel your missing card and get a new card sent to you. For after-hours or weekend support, within the U.S., call 888.241.2510; outside the U.S., call 909.941.1398. If you live in the Seattle area, you can get a replacement card right away at any Salal branch.
