There are no fees to apply to become a Salal Dealer Partner. Once you are a Partner, we offer a variety of different customer financing programs to choose from, starting with our standard plan which offers zero dealer fees.

We take a flexible, case-by-case approach to all our new dealer partnerships. Generally, we require you to have been in business two years, have a contractor’s license, have good credit, and at least $1 million in annual revenue. Fill out our contact form to talk with a Dealer Direct representative and learn more.

  • Completed dealer questionnaire.
  • Copy of business license and/or contractor’s license.
  • Year-to-date profit and loss statement, year-to-date balance statement, and your income statement from the the previous year.
  • Proof of general liability and workers comp insurance.

We currently partner with dealers in all 50 states.

We provide financing on a wide range of residential improvements, including (but not limited to) solar and solar + battery, windows, siding, roofing, HVAC, hot tubs, saunas, fencing, gutters, decks, kitchen and bathroom remodels. If you don’t see your service listed, we encourage you to contact us to find out if we offer financing for your area of focus.

We offer loan amounts from $1,500 to $100,000 depending on the applicants credit score.

Our Dealer Partners get paid when the project is complete.

The Salal Foundation was established in 2013 to support charitable and educational causes within the communities served by Salal Credit Union. Membership in the Salal Foundation is one of the ways consumers are eligible to join Salal Credit Union.

Our loans are secured by a UCC filing. See “Understanding UCCs” for more information.

Our custom-designed application makes it easy for your customers to apply for financing online from the comfort of their own home, or anywhere else. The credit decision is often instant. If your customer isn’t instantly approved, we get back to them that same business day, generally within two hours.
