Foreign Transaction Fee of 3% of each transaction in U.S. dollars for the Classic card, and a Foreign Transaction Fee of 1% of each transaction for the Rewards card. Cash Advance Fee of $10 or 3% of the amount of each cash advance, whichever is greater; Late Payment Fee of $30; Returned Payment Fee of $25.
